All WarmMe® Warm Mice are made from quality materials. If you are not amazed by the how well the Warm Mouse works, or, are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your money. Of course, this has never actually happened. However, to receive a full refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and immediately send us the pieces you would like to return.
